When weight training, begin with the small muscle groups. Your smaller muscles will get tired before your larger ones, and it also makes a lot of sense to use small dumbbells before using big ones. In this way, your smaller muscles can get a break while you are working out your larger muscles.

Try changing the things you do when you work out. This can make your fitness plan more interesting so that you don’t become bored with it day after day. Beside, your body gets used to a certain style of working out after time, so you lose the benefits of constant exercise.
