Here is a trick employed by good racket sports players to build up forearm strength. Take some newspaper and place it flat on a table or other convenient surface. Wrinkle the paper for half a minute with the hand that is most dominant. Do this two times and then go to the other hand and do it once. You should do it a total of 4 times on your dominant hand.
