If there is a specific area of your body that is lagging behind in terms of strength, focus the first part of your workout on that body part. Then you will be working that area when your energy levels are at your highest. This will make up for any past neglect you are guilty of in the past.

‘Just do it’ is not only Nike’s motto, it is the motto of anyone who seriously wants to lose weight. The same holds true for achieving greater fitness. Just make sure that you are reaching toward these goals for you, not for others. Trying to lose weight or get fit for someone else will just not work.
